In the event it’s an error on our part we will accommodate accordingly. Creationz of the H'Art is not responsible for lost or damage packages due to negligence on carriers’ behalf. We do not offer Store credit on any packages/lost/stolen or misplaced by negligence on carrier’s behalf.

Damages and issues
